I understand that full payment and a completed registration form are required to reserve my seat.

I understand that all payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made only at the discretion of HHA instructors.

Terms & Agreements

I am 18 or older. (Parent/guardian consent form is required for students under 18)

I have Drivers License or State ID required for all courses

My seat will not be held without completed registration and payment.

If I am unable to attend, I must contact HHA at least 3 business days in advance to reschedule and may be subject to a fine.

Class schedules or locations may change; instructors will notify students. Payment will be honored at the instructor’s discretion.

Instructors reserve the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather, facility conflicts, or emergencies.

If I become ill, I will notify my instructor and will not attend class.
